How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Cyber Pink Media (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, contact us or work with us. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service, package and budget you select, and your message.
  • Partnership applications: your name, company, contact details, partner type, portfolio link and message.
  • Emails, calls and messages: anything you choose to share with us when you contact us directly.
  • Client projects: contact, billing and project information needed to deliver our services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Your browser may store your display preference (such as dark or light mode) locally on your device.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes or proposals;
  • plan and deliver the services you request;
  • manage contracts, invoices and payments;
  • review partnership applications;
  • keep our website secure and working properly; and
  • comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

We process your personal data with your consent (for example, when you submit a form), when it is necessary to prepare or perform a contract with you, and when we must do so to comply with the law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and form processing: Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives a copy of form submissions.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM): HubSpot, Inc., which stores the contact details and messages you send through our forms so we can reply and manage our work with you.
  • Email and productivity tools: Google, which provides our email service.
  • Fonts and icons: Google Fonts, unpkg and cdnjs, which deliver fonts, icons and scripts to your browser and may receive your IP address when the page loads.
  • Project partners: trusted freelancers, creators or suppliers working on your project, only where needed and under confidentiality.
  • Advisers and authorities: accountants, lawyers or government authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam. Where this happens, we take steps required by applicable law to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and partnership information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a client project. Client and billing records are kept for as long as required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and trusted service providers. No online service is completely secure, so please contact us immediately if you believe your data has been put at risk.

8. Your rights

Under applicable Vietnamese law on personal data protection, you have the right to:

  • know how your personal data is processed and access a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • object to processing; and
  • complain to the competent authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email thaothao.6501@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date.
