How far in advance should we book?
For most events, 6–8 weeks gives enough time to secure venues and suppliers. Coverage-only bookings can often be arranged within 1–2 weeks.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. We shortlist venues that fit your guest count, budget and concept, and handle the booking and coordination.
Can we book coverage only?
Absolutely. The Coverage package is for events you've already planned and just need professional photo, video and social content.
How quickly will we receive photos and videos?
Social-ready previews are shared on the day. Edited photos arrive within 5 working days, and the highlight video shortly after.
